self-aligning roller bearing

The automatic self-aligning roller bearing has two rows of raceways on the inner ring, a spherical raceway on the outer ring, and a drum shaped rolling element. The center of the raceway surface on the outer ring is consistent with the center of the bearing (refer to Figure 1). Due to its automatic centering performance, it can be used normally even in situations where the inner and outer rings tilt due to installation errors or shaft winding between the shaft and bearing box.
This type of bearing has a greater ability to withstand radial loads, bidirectional axial loads, and their combined loads, making it suitable for applications that can withstand vibration and impact loads. When used to withstand axial loads, it is best to use it under the condition of Fa/Fr ≤ 2e (please refer to the size table for the value of e) to prevent the sliding movement of roller columns that do not bear axial loads.
As shown in Table 1, there are many other types of automatic self-aligning roller bearings besides the standard type. The load capacity of the E-type is the largest.
